So many possibilities with +1 finger

No one thinks about it until someone invents it–a second finger/thumb! If you look at the images in this video and in articles, you can see a fraction of the uses a second thumb can provide. It’s incredibly how we never thought of this before! Put into perspective, think about taking away you thumb and you can’t do almost anything now–thats how good this invention is. Most of us don’t think about having a second thumb–why?–I don’t know, but when we do think about it, and look at it, you can see thousands of ways this can and will help you in your life.

Just think about the ways you use your singular thumb: holding a book, pinching, grabing, holding, and the list goes on. With another thumb productibity and convinience is just boosted to another level.

Is trying and failing worth the cost?

For a lot of the things that you learn and do, you fail, thus you learn. Learning without failure is either almost impossible or insufficient. I understand that–but at what cost? For categories such as cooking and baking, when you fail, you use up something that is bought with money–ingredients, in this case. 

For someone like me –who is not a natural and baking nor cooking and might not learn as fast as others who are natural or were passionate for it since a young age–is it okay for me to try and fail and then pay the cost? Does it count as wasting the ingredients? Or is it worth the costs, which would be many because of how I am, to learn something like cooking or baking? I am sure I would eventually get there, but I also am sure it will take longer for me to learn, thus, I will use (or waste) more ingredients than normal.

Failure is inevitable, I am aware, but would it be better if I just didn’t try at all? I am greatly passionate about baking and cooking, and my sister is too, but my sister is also incredibly talented and have gone past most of the struggles and now most of her baking and cooking succeeds greatly and I feel something urging me to go ahead and just bake and learn, but another part is pulling me back because of the costs and how I might not advance that fast anyways.

I am confused and stuck between trying and not trying. I am asking you, reader, should I continue or just stop now and save the costs of my failures in the future?

Part-vegans? I don't think so.

Look, if you are vegan for good reasons then I suggest you go by them always. Little 'cheat days' or 'special events' are not good excuses for eating a little or a lot of non-vegan products. Every single piece of meat you eat kills living beings who can very well feel pain and can suffer—and they do: so that you can feel good? Health is not an excuse either; I have written articles about them and there are tons over tons of research proving this right.

In simple words, this chemist called Justus Von Liebig hypothesized that meat was essential and that vegetarians are not capable without solid proof and everyone believed him. By the time there was actual research done against Liebig's beliefs, no one paid attention.

So, you're probably vegan or vegetarian because of your own beliefs and reasonings—so you know what is right and wrong even if you don't want to admit it sometimes. Do not give in to things you know are wrong.

Or the fact that the amount of water used to produce a single pound of beef is equivalent to seven years of drinking water for the average human? How about the fact that ever since you started reading this paragraph, 61,982 animals in the U.S. alone were killed for our consumption?[1] What you just read is a measly portion of the devastation and distraught happening not only for animals but inside us all.

The beliefs that humans have been living off over the past hundreds of years are finally given recognition to, after 300 years of the entire global population adamantly having their heads stuck in a deluding fallacy. It was in the 1800s when a famous German chemist, Justus Von Liebig, hypothesized that muscular energy came from only animal protein and that vegetarians are incapable of prolonged exercise.[2] Liebig’s ideas were so widespread and agreed upon, that without further reasoning or factual examining, the idea of health was completely established upon Liebig’s hypothesis. But looking back, it was since 1882 that scientists and nutritionists studied the plant and its contents, finding that plants contained a more sufficient version of the nutrients found in animal products — it was only too late.[3] The entire world had already planted their belief systems into the grounds of Justus von Liebig’s hypothesis.
