The Secrets You Tell Me

He was from Gallifrey. That’s what was wrong with him. She knew she couldn’t get her wrist free with how tight he was holding it, so she swung her other arm–the one with the milkshake in hand–around to smash the foam cup against his head.
“Fuck Gallifrey,” she spat. “It’s mine and that’s all you need to know.”
Twisting her other arm around, she tried to break his hold, but evidently he’d done this sort of thing before. Panic was starting to crawl up her spine, but at this point her options for escape were dwindling down and the best two involved a crowd.
Activating her manipulator now would bring him with her, and she didn’t know enough to risk that. Right now she would have to stubbornly cooperate, enough to stay alive, but she would put up the biggest fight of her life if he thought he was getting anything out of her.
The milkshake on his head angered him but not enough for him to lose his professionalism. It was a good thing he sprung for the fabric where liquids bounced off it. His face was a different story. Before replying to her he pulled out his handkerchief and wiped his face.
"Really? You're going to add resisting arrest and assault on a CIA agent to your crimes? Using a vortex manipulator without a license is a finable offense, those crimes have jail time.." He kept his hand firmly gripped on her wrist as he pulled out handcuffed and slapped them on her. "Fight any- more and I will be forced to use a taser."
He grabbed her by her elbow to keep her restrained while he escorted her towards his TARDIS and Markello. "We're going to go forward."
