Because of my medical condition, inhaling this smoke causes serious harm to my health, increases my daily suffering, and affects my ability to live a normal life.

My father has...given me a new "option" (AKA something he wants me to do but is also using as a bribe).

He wants me to write down everything I've been doing on the internet.

Everything. Leaving nothing out.

I'm not sure if he will or will not take my phone to a professional to get data extracted.

In return for spilling the whole truth, I will be secluded and cut off likely for a significantly shorter amount of time.

Like a get out of jail free card, as he put it.

I was thinking just writing down innocent applications and websites that I only saw the good side of.
