My EXTREMELY hot take on this is that I agree so hard actually, and I have my reasons/ personal hcs

I think devil cookie has a lot of ties to masculinity to the point where it effects their identity as a whole, like technically they’re transmasc non-binary but that doesn’t feel right becuase it’s a lot to explain and they don’t really like using gender labels. Personally I just think they would simply refer to themselves as butch or as a lesboy who uses they/them.

Also juts to clarify lesboy doesn’t always mean lesbian men, and it most definitely doesn’t mean that in this hc. Butches use it, transmasc lesbians use it, multi gender lesbians use it too. But I’m not really here to get into gender discourse, I’m mainly here because I don’t want people to think I hc devil to be a male, because I don’t
