Detroit Become Human Song Comic. Geyser - lyrics by Mitski

So, I’m just going to gloss over how embarrassingly long I’ve been slowly dabbling with this comic. It kept getting pushed when other things popped up, but at least i finished it!! I didn’t give up!

The first time I heard Geyser, Connor popped into my mind and I actually think of DBH whenever I listen to her music, especially Be the Cowboy. Geyser to me feels like raw celebration of whatever brings you joy and I just love the idea of Connor discovering his emotions in an almost explosive way while being guided by magical fish :D

Also, I don’t know if anyone else has talked about this, but I’m 93% sure that Hank is a magical dwarf gourami given human form to act as a guide to Connor. The fact that his color palette is orange and blue and he wears a striped shirt is just such an on the nose comparison to the dwarf gourami.
