Cosmetology school is going great! It’s kicking my ass energy wise but is a lot of fun. My current schedule is basically 5am-12am so I’m having trouble finding time to write for No Cut Strings but I am doing my best to write in every spare moment. I’m probably going to put a hiatus tag on the fic but only so those who aren’t on the discord or tumblr know the updates are going to be… extremely slow.

A (Hopefully) Exciting Update
Alright, guys gals and non-conforming pals, this might be a very long message but it's important imo. If you follow me for my funnies, fanfic, or just because you wanna then you've noticed I've been offline a lot more than usual. And by that I mean I do go offline often, something I'm not v proud of, but this one has been a little... extended and complete. I haven't even popped onto the discord randomly.
The reason behind my being offline is one that might cause even longer breaks in the future.
Okay, maybe I'm just dramatic lol. But basically I'm going (at my big person age of 25) to school. Cosmetology, to be exact. I start on the 23rd this month! I've been offline because there's a LOT that goes into going back to school, even a trade school. I also didn't want to say anything too early, which I would because I have no self control, and jinx myself.
The future due to this is... a little bumpy. I'll be keeping my current job which is 3pm-11pm tues-fri but school for me is 9am-5pm mon-fri... you see the issue right? Thankfully I work somewhere that will do anything to help their employees get the best out of life so my boss has authorized me constantly being late lol. I'll be leaving my house by 8.20am every morning and getting back by 11.30pm at the latest so I have some exhausting days ahead of me.
This means I might be even worse about updates, but I'm going to do my best not to disappear from the radar again... well more than I usually do. I'll do my best to start this blog up again, although there might be additional content in regards to the things I'm learning and stuff, as well. I'm not going to abandon my fics, not in the least, I just won't have as much time as I have had.
So.. that's what's been happening. I've been on calls with my future school, fasfa, working things out schedule wise with my boss, rearranging my life to fit this new thing, worrying if I should tell my school I'm non-binary because this is the SOUTH, and dealing with a couple of things from the ao3 curse I'll drop in the next author's note. (It's a lot tbf). I hope all of y'all have been doing well and I can't wait to post the next chapter sometime between the 03/20-04/15! (I did some fun things imo).
