Quindrie Press’ goal has always been to support the UK comic scene, so a large portion of our profit has always been bookmarked to pay creators for future projects. As Quindrie Press is closing down at the end of 2026, we want to ensure the bookmarked money still goes towards comic creators.

The Quindrie Comic Fund consists of a shared £3,000 pot, plus donations. UK-based creators can apply for up to £1,000 for a specific comic-related project or goal. Maybe you want to buy some comic-making supplies, pay for an editor, or print your webcomic; no comic project is too small.

Submissions close on Friday 31st July 2026 at 5pm BST (three months total). For full details on creator and project eligibility, read this page. Submissions will be reviewed by Eve Greenwood, Hari Conner, and Nyla Ahmad.

We have been delighted to already receive donations to increase the pot. We will be accepting donations until the submission period closes. Read about how to donate to the fund so that it can support more creators here.

Evergreen PSA: Victoria Douglas is doing magnificent work creating digital assets and resources for cartoonists at HALFTONE HOSPITAL. These things are all pay-what-you-will, which is an incredible gift to the community.

What sorts of things, you ask?

A printable 11x17 poster of all possible formal divisions of a nine panel grid. That's 322 layouts!

A digital sizing reference guide to make sure your pages are being drawn at the right resolution before you find out they're too small the week of the deadline!

Loads of great brushes for Photoshop, ClipStudio, and Procreate, including these Micron pens!

We could go on, but will stop for now because you should just go download some stuff. (And, of course, chuck in some $$ if you can afford to!)

With a transfer only a few weeks away, he has one last chance to prove he is capable enough to go home to a normal life. But just when he most needs things to go smoothly, everything starts to fall apart, and he finds himself tangled in the plot of a mysterious arsonist...
