Having Young Adult Lin share the same voice actress as Azula was such a perfect touch. It truly reflects how Lin constantly pushed herself to be disciplined, strong, and unyielding, essentially molding herself to carry Toph's legacy.

Meanwhile, casting Teenage Suyin with Toph's original voice actress was equally fitting; Suyin was rebellious, free-spirited, and often found herself in trouble, like the robbery incident.

While that situation ended in disaster, it ultimately led her to grow and find her own path, much like Zuko’s redemption arc. In contrast, Lin, much like Azula, felt trapped by pressure and duty.
