The gigantic blue glass high-heeled shoe may look like a prop for a super-sized performance of Cinderella, but it’s actually a brand new church located in Ocean View Park in Budai, Taiwan. Measuring 55 feet tall and 36 feet wide, the shoe-shaped structure took two months to build and features 322 pieces of blue-tinted glass.

According to Zheng Rongfeng, spokesperson for the Southwest Coast National Scenic Area, this high-heeled house of worship was designed to attract “female worshippers” and will house more than 100 “female-oriented features, including chairs for lovers, maple leaves, cookies and cakes.”

The new shoe church is expected to open before the Chinese New Year on February 8th. We can’t predict how successful the “female-oriented” design will be, but the unusual structure is already attracting plenty of tourists and the Department of Spectacular Shoes is petitioning to have a new office built just like it.

Last summer Bandai released the Samurai Taisho Darth Vader, a gorgeous action figure depicting the iconic Sith Lord as a fearsome samurai dressed in full battle armor. Now they’ve announce a few equally awesome additions to their line of Feudal Japan-style Star Wars Movie Realization figures, including one of the Emperor’s Royal Guard and a Sandtrooper.

For the Movie Realization series they’re known as the Akazonae Royal Guard and Teppou Ashigaru Sandtrooper. Both figures are covered in outstanding details and come with interchangeable hands and sets of weapons. They look incredible posed beside the Samurai Taisho Darth Vader figure:

The Star Wars Movie Realization Akazonae Royal Guard comes out in March 2016 and the Star Wars Teppo Ashigaru Sandtrooper Meisho Movie Realization Action Figure comes out in May 2016. Click here for more photos.
