REAL MAGIC AT #JOBSHOP

As part of the D&AD New Blood festival we ran #Jobshop. Part workshop - part job interview, we put some of the world's freshest talent to the test and are pretty excited to say we found some unicorns in the making. Offering a designer and creative team a job along with a Winternship for another designer. Boom.

Kicking off the #Jobshop with the low-down on DigitasLBi, we quickly set the workshop part of the brief -  to sell us someone else in the room then present their idea back to us at the end of the day. A task not just in selling, but collaboration and storytelling. Brave stuff.

A massive thank you to everyone that came and helped out with the event – a really show of unicorn team effort.
