This is a small quality-of-life mod that lets you freely adjust objects in The Sims 4.
Instead of being limited to the normal object size options, this mod adds a simple Adjust menu when clicking on objects, giving you more control over how things look in your builds.
Perfect for decorating, clutter placement, screenshots, and making objects fit exactly how you want them to.
What it does:
♥ Adds a new Adjust pie menu when clicking objects
♥ Scale objects up or down using a slider
♥ Adjust object height using a slider
♥ Includes fine adjustment options for smaller changes
♥ Normal and fine sliders use the object’s current position/scale allowing you to repeatedly keep adjusting however you like
I think a lot of people who are complaining about the lack of content in Paralives are forgetting just how fucking bare bones the sims 4 was at launch.
this video shows how i make hair from scratch for the sims 4, using the curves method, in blender 4.3!
this took some weeks; first recording, then editing and doing some extra voice overs, and finally gathering enough courage to actually post it. i'm not gonna lie, i feel really vulnerable sharing it... with my weird voice, weird accent, failing blender terminology, gramma mistakes etc. so for now the video is only accessible via sharing this link, because simblr is just where i feel most comfortable. i might make it fully public later on. until then, it's for simblr eyes only <33

this tutorial uses:
blender 4.3
sims4studio (1.4.5.5)
adobe photoshop (optional, for step 15)
you'll also need an adobe photoshop DDS plugin!

important! you will need your own hair textures. i've uploaded 24 of my own swatches (to cover all of EA's colors) as well as a normal and specular map. feel free to use and recolor but if you make a hair for sharing and you use my texture, please credit me!

also, the tutorial will not show you how to download and install sims4studio and blender 4.3 so make sure you already have these two programs installed.

and before anybody says anything, i have a fuck ton of chocolate sims in my game. these are the main sims in my machinima save file that underwent MAJOR face surgery over the years, do ya research on me. we don't do that colorist shit round here patna🫵🏿.
Completely unrelated to anything sims, but I was scrolling through social media and came across this story about a girl who was exposing this rapper for grooming , manipulating, and abusing her (and allegedly many other minors aged as young as 15 years old). Mind you, she was 17 and he was 26 when their relationship went “public”…and her parents didn’t do anything to intervene…DISGUSTING. She posted all these pictures of the alleged abuse, as well as screenshots of messages where he asked her to purchase a strap-on so she could use it on him. She even goes on to say that this man *allegedly* kidnapped her while she was completely naked (and on her period, mind you) and basically held her hostage with multiple other men present (with guns). I go on YT and see a whole bunch of black (mainly male) YouTubers making videos about it, but the titles aren’t about him being a sadistic pedophile, they’re focusing on the fact that he likes to get pegged….as if that’s the most important thing about the entire situation. One thing that never fails to amaze me in the black community specifically is that a black man can be a pedophile, rapist, thief, murderer, or an abuser, but GOD forbid he wants his g-spot stimulated. God forbid a black man wants to explore his sexuality and sexual preferences in the bedroom. He can be or do anything else, no matter how awful it may be, but getting pegged is where we draw the line….like what? The black community vs. homophobia is something that needs to be studied fr. This girl is literally a victim but mfs are so blinded by the fact the perpetrator likes to get pegged. And to see grown ass black women victim blaming her is the most sickening part of it all. My people are in shackles. 💔
