So Viktor canonly replaced Jayce with Sky, that's probable why Sky says "no you won't" when he says he'll miss their conversation. Because he actually misses Jayce.

On top of that, is heavily implied that Viktor saw everyone around him as imperfect somehow, except for Jayce. Viktor, the man obsessed with perfection.
