It had been forever since Astrid last skateboarded anywhere, there were barely any places on camp where she could easily ride, but now that they had New Athens she could have way more fun. The people and buildings passed by her as she sped up on her worn in skateboard, and she chuckled as some campers shouted angrily as the small girl passed between them. Suddenly, someone walked in her path and it was too late for her to swerve out of the way. “Oh sh-” She collided with the camper, and it didn’t look like the outcome was going to be pretty.

Dinah was walking back from training and was ready to plan some chaos, she had been walking mindlessly to her room while texting when the unexpected happened. She was hit by someone moving faster than they should have, and as she got up she could already feel a bruise forming on her arm. Whoever did this would pay, and when she saw who it was she felt ecstatic about it. “Astrid.”

Henna sat on the dock overlooking the lake, her gaze locked on the setting sun. “Gorgeous, isn’t it?”

Dexter was holding a poor camper by his shirt collar and started to lift him off the ground. The lad thought it would be a good idea to ask the Mania child about his insanity, and since he was in doubt about how crazy he was, Dexter was out to prove the boy just how mad he could get. Sadly, his little moment was interupted by another camper that happened to walk in on the two, and he had to put the other down and turn to confront the witness. “ Ah, it would be best if you forgot that you ever saw this and run along, or else you may be next.” He gave them a smile, but it was in no way friendly.

Dinah rolled her eyes as she saw a camper interrupt the show, trying to be the hero. It was getting beyond annoying at this point, they all tried so hard and had no fun. This was when she decided to make an appearance. “Back off sweetheart, let him have his fun. Unless you want to deal with the both of us” Dinah looked at the other camper with that playful look in her eye that scared anyone who dared look into them. Once the girl left she turned to Dexter “Your welcome.”

Ignoring the voices for a second, he turned to who had spoken and gave them his unsettling smile. She seemed liked she enjoyed the type of fun he liked. “But burning them sounds like it would be such a ball! Just imagine everyone running around on fire and screaming their heads off! I might actually try it soon, there hasn’t been much madness around lately to my disappointment.” He spoke quickly with an evil snicker.

Dinah smiled back at the boy as he turned her way, glad to have the conversation go farther. “That is true, but considering everyone here loves to think they’re some type of hero every type of real fun is shut down. You have to be on the down low with it, sadly I struggle with doing that.” She said, finding pleasure in someone who understands “Drowning is more satisfactory, just feeling their bodies go limp in your hand and seeing them lie dead in the water. It’s beautiful.”

Dexter was alone by the campfire, but he wasn’t really by himself in his opinion, he always had the voices as company. As campers passed all they saw was him talking to himself, they didn’t know what went on in his mind. “No no, that’s silly. I’d much rather set someone on fire rather than drown them, their screams would be muffled underwater and I love to hear their agony.” He giggled to himself and shook his head, sometimes the voices didn’t think things through enough.

Dinah was always alone during these events, for many reasons. She didn’t have many allies, and she’d rather be alone to look at her potential victims. She watched s some had fun, and as some of the loners hid in the shadows. Someone did peak her interest though, mainly because they were speaking of murdering the campers. That was one of her favorite topics, she knew she had to speak to him. “Either way it’d be fun, I’m more prone to drowning someone though.”
