Dad outgrew the Santa suit he normally wears to the holiday parade so he wrapped Christmas lights around his fat, naked belly and called it a day.

Dad thought he was clever secretly cancelling his gym membership and putting the savings right into his fast food budget. As if we wouldn’t notice his burgeoning belly takes up his entire lap now.

Dad's proud of himself for finally kicking his smoking habit. Every time he felt like having a cigarette, he'd simply grab a snack from the fridge or get some fast food instead.

It's been over a year and Dad no longer craves cigarettes, though his newfound food addiction is another story.

“It’s funny,” Dad said between mouthfuls of potato chips. “I thought I’d save a bunch of money from not smoking, but now I’m spending over twice as much on food!”
