rent money for disabled Black woman with EPC

TME non-binary folk love to pretend T/ERFs are focused on them. It is wholly, wholly inappropriate to refocus the problem of T/ERFs onto “well *I’M* non-binary so they affect me too” because it’s disingenuous of who T/ERFs are actually a hate group focused at.

I understand it sucks to be misgendered and harassed, but T/ERFs send me sexual assault threats, suicide bait, have doxxed me, have straight up lied and said I’ve done horrific shit that I haven’t, they’ve stalked me, threatened to kill me, threatened to mutilate my genitals, wished organ failure, rape, murder, homelessness, kidnapping, sex trafficking and institutionalisation on me.

If you’re not transfeminine, they’re not after you. They will happily inflict collateral damage onto you, sure, but you NEED to understand it’s not about you.

I won’t be put into a box either, but the lesbian identity is not a box for me. The lesbian identity, to me, is freeing. I was in a prison (metaphorically) before I realized I was lesbian. I find solace in the word lesbian. Some people find their peace in the words gay, bi, trans, etc. They might not be for you, and that’s okay. You can identify as queer, you can not use any labels at all. Wonderful. But to think they aren’t useful for anyone? Mind boggling. We aren’t in a post-homophobic post-misogynistic post-transphobic world (yet).

If you don’t fit into an identity, it doesn’t mean that nobody does. And maybe you should respect our identities; their meanings, their histories, what it implies our life experiences to be. Also know that the cishets have already been trying to erase & ridicule the words lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, nonbinary, etc.

one fun thing about being a teacher in march 2023 is that chess is a literal epidemic among teens. we are starting to have meetings about how we can STOP teenagers from playing too much chess which is like if we were trying to figure out how to stop them from reading for fun. When i was in high school five years ago chess was nerd shit only but now it is transcending every social and language barrier and is absolutely rampant. kids aren’t on their phone texting in class anymore it’s ONLY chess.com. kids are playing chess on their phones while playing chess in real life. this is still better than tiktok because at least the kids are developing an attention span from this

the worst part of this is that they’re on chess dot com instead of getting an education. but the BEST part of this is watching high schoolers develop the weirdest goddamn strategies I’ve ever seen. One of my students invented something he calls the “evil advisor gambit” where he gets a third person to give out constant terrible advice to both teams hoping that his opponent falls for it straight-up or that his opponent thinks HE fell for it and will act accordingly thus worsening their own strategy. he has won every game he has been able to pull off a coordinated evil advisor gambit in. this is chess innovation never before seen in its 700 years on earth

Generally, people (who aren’t transmisogynists that speak over trans women and brush aside our issues) seem to understand at this point that “f*mboy” is a transmisogynistic slur and transmisogyny-exempt people shouldn’t reclaim it. But I think it’s important to have a discussion about how the meme itself also ties into transmisogynistic fetishism, so that’s what I’ll be attempting to explain today.
