Mirror, Mirror… Melt for Me- 1
Go stand in front of a mirror.
Not because I told you to…
…but because you’re curious what I’m going to do with you.
Dim the light a little if you can. Not dark. Just soft. Enough to make your eyes look deeper.
See how your reflection reacts a split second after you do?
Keep your eyes on your own eyes. Don’t look away. I dare you.
Notice how quickly your breathing changes when you focus like that.
I want you to very slightly part your lips.
Watch how your reflection copies you.
See that softness creeping into your expression?
That’s not me doing that.
You like watching yourself respond, don’t you?
Now gently roll your shoulders back… slow… and keep eye contact with yourself while you do.
There’s something delicious about seeing your own body obey tiny suggestions.
Just… curiosity pulling you forward.
Now lean a little closer to the mirror.
Close enough that you can see the details in your pupils.
Notice how they look darker.
Now here’s your little task:
Without breaking eye contact, softly whisper:
“I like how easily I melt.”
And watch your face as you do.
That tiny spark that spreads from your chest outward?
You’re not losing control.
You’re choosing to soften.
And that choice feels good.
Now slowly drag one fingertip from your collarbone up to just under your chin…
And watch your reflection follow.
You look so responsive like this.
Let that playful little haze settle just slightly.
When you’re ready, blink slowly three times.
