Spooky Pictures and Image Nation Studios are producing “V/H/S: SCP,” a full-length feature based on the online SCP Foundation project.

If you're unfamiliar with SCP, it's an online horror fiction collective. The beauty of it is that it's all CC-by-SA-3.0 licensed, so no one person can lay claim to it. A key part of that license is:

ShareAlike — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.

The Wiki's Licensing team was not contacted about this project. I repeat: the Wiki's Licensing team was not contacted about this project.

"But what about Backrooms?" The content for Backrooms was based around Parsons' own series and interpretation aside from the original anonymous post. The Wiki is a collective of hundreds of authors producing original content. It VERY MUCH SEEMS like the people behind this project are about to profit off of basically stealing site members' work. I cannot confirm if authors have been contacted or not, but staff have been totally blindsided. If this film doesn't comply with the SCP Wiki's CC license, there is basically nothing they can do about it. A small horror writing website cannot win a legal battle against these studios.

PLEASE spread the word. I am beyond angry about this.

My thoughts on the TV drama *Mr. House*. Note: These are the impressions of a Fallout beginner. Please go easy on me.

Since I am using machine translation for this long text, there may be some phrasing that feels a bit unnatural.

①Mr. House being way too close in EP3 is amusing—though I do feel sorry for Cooper.

②His eyelashes are very long. He is very handsome. He is very sexy.His facial expressions are performed to be asymmetrical, and the lighting design further accentuates this.

③In the original game, Mr. House is actually smiling slightly, but unless you look very closely, it doesn't look like he is.Mr. House in the show laughs often, but when he has a serious expression, I feel he bears a closer resemblance to the Mr. House from the original game.

④After listening to the original English voice acting from the game, watching the live-action series made me feel that the actor's performance was truly faithful to the portrayal of Mr. House.He is a wonderful actor.

➏The drama series is canon, which means that the Mr. House appearing on the monitor—the one the Courier was looking at—was actually that expressive?! Holy cow. ❼If the Courier saw him like that, they’d probably fall in love with him.

My stance on the Fallout TV series…

I’m a newbie who watched the drama and then played New Vegas, so I really like that drama. I understand that opinions on the drama are divided among NV players, but on the other hand, if we were to respect everyone’s role-playing and endings, it would be impossible to choose just one ending—so I actually think it was good that the drama handled it the way it did. It’s not that my story was disregarded; I think it was respected precisely because of that. Our stories continue in a different timeline from the drama. I’m sure of it.
