basically it goes off of how optimus said we'll see each otehr again ^_^ nad i think ratchet spends most of his time of the ten years after PR on earth nad hangs out with raf (also knockout and starscream go on probation and live with him on earth too) but then for some reason he gets called back to cybertron and he's barely been back there at all bc it was TOO MUCH PAIN and when he comes back to cybertron he starts seeing optimus everywhere and at first he just thinks its his mind playing tricks on him but then like OPTIMUS ACTUALLY APPEARS BEFORE HIM and talks to him and basically optimus is like a ghost, robot ghost, and he used his own spark to jump start the well of allsparks but his spark was still in tact except his protoform was disintegrated and he couldnt really leave the allspark or move around but he could come to ratchet bc they had ~THE STRONGEST CONNECTION~ (gay) and then ratchets like (gross sobbing) bc his gay husband is back and now he's My Husband Is A Ghost and then they get the gang together to help bring optimus back and everything's fine

YEHA, THIS IS MY FEEL, because i see bee and raf as a lot more like THE SAME MATURITY LEVEL? during tfp as opposed to arcee and jack and bulkhead and miko who have really different dynamics, i feel like raf and bee were always more equals and neither had the power over the other (THE WAY THE OTHER KIDS DYNAMICS HAVE WHICH MAKES THE KID/BOT RELATIONSHIP GROSS AND UNCOMFORTABLE AND BAD) like bee asks raf if he can go play and they jsut defer to each other a lot and

basically how i ship it is that after the events of the movie the kids and the bots are really separated for a long time as bee and everyone is focusing on getting their planet back in order and bee being SORT OF IN CHARGE OF THE AUTOBOTS IN OPTIMUS' STEAD and raf doing smart boy college things and they both go through a lot of growing up apart from each other (and raf becomes the #1 cybertronian expert on earth and gets like 4 doctorates by the time they meet again)

and then they meet up again in a more permanent way like ten years later (NOT THAT THEY HAVENT SEEN EACH OTHER SINCE THEY WERE BABIES just theyve only seen each other a couple times and not been in constant contact) and theyre both grownups now and theyre still really easy with each other and best friends forever and then they're like (hands touch accidentally) (they both laugh awkwardly and blush)

datamine is my prime girl, shes kind of quiet and silly and people dont take her seriously ever but she can own you. she has a really good memory also and remembers EVERYTHING
