How are y’all doing these days? I’ve been really quite grateful and content with how the days have been going for me; I’ve started following a consistent workout routine, maintaining a consistent skincare routine, making my bed, and ultimately spending time doing the things that make my heart smile. Before, I used to feel so empty, drained out, and confused, but now I can definitely say that I’m doing so much better. I’ve also started out a new habit where, if I think of something that I need to do, I immediately do it in that moment so I won’t have time to overthink and create an excuse and then end up worrying about it later. It’s been really beneficial and I’ve gotten more things done! My family is back at work now or at school so I’m home by myself all the time which was quite daunting to me at first, but now I’m starting to enjoy it a lot. It gives me the freedom to listen to music loudly, be in the company of my thoughts, and to have moments of serenity and clarity. Also, can I just say that I’m grateful for each one of you? You’re all absolutely beautiful beings and I hope that you all will achieve your goals one day! 🤍✨
