2. Should a chain of local revolts spread and intensify to the point where it manages to destitute the constituted power structures enveloping us, collapsing their symbolic hold over the hearts and minds of its subjects and exposing the coup de force that always underpins them, we must attack any effort to replace it with a newly signifying âconstituent powerâ. As some friends stated recently: The legitimacy of âthe peopleâ, âthe oppressedâ, the â99%â is the Trojan horse by which the constituent is smuggled back into insurrectionary destitution. This is the surest method for undoing an insurrection â one that doesnât even require defeating it in the streets. To make the destitution irreversible, therefore, we must begin by abandoning our own legitimacy. We have to give up the idea that one makes the revolution in the name of something, that thereâs a fundamentally just and innocent entity which the revolutionary forces would have the task of representing. In other words, the revolutionary process must not be understood as the constitution of a new law or constituent social body, but should rather be measured by our capacity to destitute the governmental and economic mechanisms of labour, and of the capture of life more broadly. Government is the consequence of the spirit of domination and violence with which some men have imposed themselves on other, and is at the same time the creature as well as the creator of privilege and its natural defender.
It is wrongly said that today government performs the function of defender of capitalism but that once capitalism is abolished it would become the representative and administrator of the general interest. In the first place capitalism will not be destroyed until the workers, having rid themselves of government, take possession of all social wealth and themselves organise production and consumption in the interests of everybody without waiting for the initiative to come from government which, however willing to comply, would be incapable of doing so.
But there is a further question: if capitalism were to be destroyed and a government were to be left in office, the government, through the concession of all kinds of privileges, would create capitalism anew for, being unable to please everybody it would need an economically powerful class to support it in return for the legal and material protection it would receive.

i give as i have said elsewhere
âsome gov communist do have a commitment toward democratic procedure in the correct logic that that itâs not by dishminishing the accountablility of the government that you create workerâs power and decrease abuse and that on the contrary it would lead only to yet again exploitation and domination
but in the same time i do also find the others gov communist somewhat logical in the sense  that in a governmental logic a commitment to a democratic state of right is a hassle for implemanting anti-capitalist policies and would just cause a return to capitalism with all its ill and the crushing or stifling of the working-class struggleâ
