To stop the drug traffic is not the best way to prevent people from using drugs. The best way is to practice the Fifth Precept and to help others practice. Consuming mindfully is the intelligent way to stop ingesting toxins into our consciousness and prevent the malaise from becoming overwhelming. Learning the art of touching and ingesting refreshing, nourishing, and healing elements is the way to restore our balance and transform the pain and loneliness that are already in us. To do this, we have to practice together. The practice of mindful consuming should become a national policy. It should be considered true peace education… Those who are destroying themselves, their families, and their society by intoxicating themselves are not doing it intentionally. Their pain and loneliness are overwhelming, and they want to escape. They need to be helped, not punished. Only understanding and compassion on a collective level can liberate us

It's funny how the mind clings to attachment.. there's a point where you give someone parts of you you couldn't paint in a picture, you can't describe it because it's authentically inside you.. before we learnt to express ourselves through word or images.. once you let that sacred part of you out through connection it subconsciously becomes something you expect them to take care of.. that's where the attachment first forms, even if you don't mean it to.
Only you can control your happiness.

I have a lot of love & appreciation in my soul. You can see it in my eyes, my smile.. The way I look at you; you will know. It’s something I like people to feel more then hear. Moments shared through energy.. My heart will smile seeing the warmth & euphoria beam through your smile in a circle so secure, yet so free. Opportunities are endless & I want us to chase them through the wildest forests… Once the sun settles we’ll reflect upon our dreams under the stars. I’ll place my hand on your skin & feel your secrets in the silence of nature. I’ll appreciate your darkest moments for that makes you who you are today. There’s no limitations to revelations once you feel my love.. I’ll protect you for this energy is the rhythm to my heartbeat. Dance with me.
I think feelings scare me the most because it’s the start of me giving myself to someone else, or being willing to atleast. I’m happiest, strongest and most confident when my core is centred holding my two feet on the ground and choosing direction with my own two hands. No influences, no consequences, selfishly choosing my way. I care a lot, and when I care for someone to a place so sacred in my heart my walks of life instinctively become for them more than me. For their happiness, because making the holder of that little sacred place happy will keep my own heart beating with joy. This sacred place is so delicate, it is protected by a flow of emotions fighting to keep it beating content. All this energy omitted by the heart controls the thoughts of my mind and subsequently my focus on my own journey diminishes… When my focus, motivation & confidence drops I become unhappy and the first source I run to to pump this happiness back in my veins is the sacred place only you & I have access to. I don’t want to rely on anyone else, in my solo free state I know this is unhealthy. I know better. But I’m a heart over mind soul.
Life is like music for its own sake. We are living in an eternal now, and when we listen to music we are not listening to the past, we are not listening to the future, we are listening to an expanded present.

I honestly seem to have no boundaries within the limitations of my life. Situations I wouldn't write with pen on paper, my mind leaps to like its my next evolutional challenge. I am proud of the courageous eyes in my mind, and thankful for the surprises it brings to my life
The time’s going to pass anyway, you may aswell make it count
Our feelings constantly pull our core in different directions, we feel something and immediately an action out of instinct is planned in the brain. I think it's important to let that thought go as quickly as it appears. Acknowledge it, and then know better. Smile calmly through chaos and keep your core centred.
