Sleep cycle is pretty shocking at the moment, I’m finding it impossible to get any real sleep for more than a few hours a night which is making me feel very exhausted come morning. However, the energy boost from the tablet is helping me get through the major slumps during the day caused by lack of sleep, it truly is a vicious cycle. In addition, I’m finding it hard to sit still for large quantities of the day this is all resulted from my diet pill mixed with lack of sleep, lose of appetite and keeping busy. The weight is literally falling off me! It’s makes the negative side effects impossibly worth it!!!!

Apologies for not posting yesterday but I was feeling a little unwell. TMI moment here but I had a little upset tummy which I believe is a side effect from the diet pills I’m taking. Another side effect is lack of sleep. I find it hard to drift off into a deep rem sleep and because of this it’s making me feel sick and dizzy especially in the mornings. Plus side this is day 4: and I have already lost 2 pounds!!!!!!!

Okay so it’s day 2 and I’m feeling really energized! My hunger levels are slashed and I’m feeling pretty positive! However I have felt this before with other diet pill products so watch this space!.... Slight side effect that was noted before.... the pill has slightly effected my sleep, although I was able to obtain a good 8 hours it was broken up throughout the course of the night as I had a really dry mouth... another potential side effect?

Current weight- 11 stone Height- 5.3” Sex- female Day 1 on my diet Pill Cravings are somewhat curbed but this could be due to heightened excitement for trying new product. Breakfast consisted of- oats with Manuka honey and chai green tea with jasmine I took my pill (only 1 a day) at 7.30am - it is important to take the pill as early as possible due to the high content of caffeine in it. If it is taken too late in the day it may effect your natural sleeping pattern.

Journey to Skinny....
Having spent the majority of my life being on the chubbier side I have as most people in the same position have tried countless diets, grueling gym routines and guided meditation to help shed the pounds.
Yet here I am still over weight and nowhere near feeling the excitement for summer as the bikini body is well and truly hidden far beneath.
So after some serious thinking I made a conscious list of the motivations behind my eating habits and my lack of motivation that has caused my emotional eating over the years.
In addition to this I have chosen to opt for a more healthier lifestyle-
-No more diet coke/coke zero...or coke.
-Limit the number of takeaways to once a week (at most)
-Rewarding myself a sugary snack (such as chocolate-my absolute favorite) to once a day in small portion sizes.
-Try to exercise everyday-this includes going for a walk around the block where I live.
Now as you might see this all seems relatively normal- we all know how to eat well and live well..blah blah blah but how about those of us who do all this yet still don’t loose weight? Those of us who can’t just stop at one doughnut? Who struggle to whisk up the motivation to go out and exercise? Or who are too intimidated to go to the gym?
Well rest assured that I am going to take you on a journey with me to become skinny. I will be attempting the obvious routines as outlines above but in addition I will also be using another product...a secret weapon.
I don’t know about you but I have tried many diet pills out there and i’ll be perfectly honest...they do not work and are not only a waste of money but a massive disappointment too.
However, I found a product that seems to tick all the boxes and I will be continually posting my journey on here to help you see the results of this product to monitor whether it really works, if so, to what extent does it work, the side effects of taking this product. In conjunction to this I will still try to live a much healthier lifestyle with the goals I previously set out above.
