ai was tired, but the truth was that she had fallen for him. wooyoo, during the first stages of her pregnancy he was more than helpful, she felt like he was going to be a good father to the baby that she could have never gotten rid of no matter what. even if he did not marry her, ai would have raised it by herself. she was hoping that once she would go back to normal and her body would have healed from the operation she went through, that she would have time to spoil him again like she used to before the 7th month of her pregnancy. little did she know that she would not have the chance to.

she was applying cream while in the bed and she was about to joke with him about his scarce facial hair when she suddenly heard from him the word ‘divorce’. she stopped smearing the cream on her face and looked at him with the most serious expression she had ever had. “I thought… “ she rubbed her forehead, her heart at that moment was broken into pieces. “i thought we could have made this work… i started thinking ever since i realized that i really had fallen for you wooyoo.” she confessed with a shaking voice. “we can take a divorce though… it is okay. please pack your bags right now and leave our house.” she said thinking that she should just set him free. she was too hurt to keep him by her side any longer. ‘as for our daughter…. you can see her a few times a week. when i am not home. now what are you waiting for? pack your things and go chase the happy life you want.”

He thought long ago that maybe there was a way to make it work but he wasn’t mature enough and now, this was the point of his life that he thought was perfect for him to finally move on and find his calling. Flirt with other women again. Sure Ai was gorgeous and sexy and pretty, but after she became a mother things between them weren’t as he expected. “I will pack them. Thanks for understanding. I will find a lawyer so we can divorce lawfully.” He says and goes to start packing already. “I will visit once in a while to spend time with her, but after i come back from my journey. I will be out of Korea...”

“Ah finally you showed what you really think. So far I thought that I was trying to provoke you for no reason!” He attacks back at her , her eyes having that glare in them. But her telling him to divorce? He can’t have that. There was no way he would do that. “Why should I give you a divorce? So you can keep living a happy life with your countless lovers?” He asks her being too angry to rethink the following words. “What ordeal? You know who is going through the real ordeal? Me. Because I have to do these things to make you open your eyes, see whether you …”but he stops there and just turns his back at her. “Let’s divorce then. It seems you decided” What can he say? That all the talk about a lover was just women he paid just to make her think he had someone else when he did not? “You can have your lawyer send the papers tomorrow to my office. I will go pack my bags.”

there was no doubt that he did not know what he was saying, especially because miki had been more than just loyal to him. the part eld was always loyal, even during the many times she had to kiss someone else for the sake of making him jealous, those kisses did not even count much to her. even the men she went out with, they were all just fakes so that he would be jealous. it was all to hurt him. there was no other man for her, miki’s heart was with him. it was why she had married him and lost most of her good luck “is it not an ordeal? i used to be able to have all the luck in the world and what happened? we got married and i sacrificed it all .. i made myself vulnerable to even death for you joongki. i … sacrificed everything, even the possibility of ever seeing my parents. do you really think i would do all these things so that i could cheat on you and have you cheat on me? you are an idiot. i never before wanted to throw this back at you but you left me no choice!”

He wondered before if she would do this, if she would slap back to him the sacrifices she made, if they were even that. “Well, no, I honestly don’t remember this.” He lies but he feels very proud to take a step back. “Your parents are in Tokyo, if they decided to visit you would see them just fine. Don't exaggerate there.Now as for your luck, I don’t see much difference. Men are coming after you just fine and you even cheated on me first. And don’t deny that because I saw you with that man at the party, He kissed you. And you did not even react and he told me later to leave you so he can be with you. Why do you lie?”

it seemed like she wasn’t going to be able to work out in peace, first the ex who couldn’t commit and offer her the normal life she craved for, and then the trainer at the gym who thought that every woman should melt over his abs. she was already imagining the way she would knock out both of them but then the brain stopped imagining it when she heard her ex boyfriend claim that she is his girlfriend. “no i am not. didn’t you say you cannot commit? then you have no business claiming me to be yours as if i am some object. mind your own business. what happened last night between us. is just in the past. and i regret it.”

He gasps in response to Nara’s words and in fact, he did not like it at all that she used his words against him like that. “You’re one to talk.” He said suddenly feeling offended even because he did not want to let this go so easily. “Maybe if you did not keep so many secrets from me, I would feel more willing to commit to you. Miss Kim Na Ra.... if that is even your true name.”

the actress wanted to just relax and enjoy her time with her friend. nothing else, she didn’t want to think about anything else and the question she asked only went against her initial plan. aya had a habit of going against her plans, she was like she was trafalgar-D and monkey-D in one person.  maybe in an interview she could describe herself as such. “i ask because i am curious. and no, i don’t plan to come and watch. why would i? i am not a busybody.” she wasn’t looking at him at that moment, or else she would have noticed his expression.

“i think though that our kissing scene will be better. we just click. i don’t know if you will click with that very pretty actress you mentioned.” there was a hint of bitterness in her tone which, unfortunately, aya couldn’t mask.

“I also think that if we were to do a kissing scene, we would click, but unfortunately Aya, we don’t have a project.” he says in a bitter tone too and turned to look at her almost pouting. she looked fresh, pretty, almost irresistible, but, what can he do really? She had limited him in that friendzone and now he was too comfortable in it to dare leave it. 

“Why don’t you ask next time to get a project with me in it?” he suggests this and adds to it. “I will do the same. If next time they do ask me for a suggestion, I will speak to them about my own favorite actress. But I worry they might think I am a fanboy and they won’t let you work with me.” He laughed thinking about the rejection while also wondering if perhaps the public opinion would be different.

He is only 24 going to 25 and there he is living the married life for the past year with a woman who was nothing before than just a friend with benefit but because he wasn’t careful one night he is not regretting it all. Ai got pregnant, and it had been two months since the baby came to their lives. It is hard for them both at the time because ai has to take her clients at home inviting the mother in law who he really couldn’t stand, to watch the baby. Wooyoo isnt very skilled as a father, sure he loved his son but he missed all the great things that life could have brought his way. No freedom, and most of all, he knew that Ai thought the same way. She was like him, he was sure that she did not expect things to turn out that way. 

With how things were, he isn’t happy and it is obvious, every day he is cranky, he is shouting at her and she is in a very sensitive place because she had given birth and her body had yet to even go back to how it was pre-pregnancy. As a matter of fact, he has been missing it. And this is what leads to this night where while they are in bed he tells her out of the blue. “Ai... I’m sorry but  we should take a divorce. We are not happy like this.”

karen was not just jealous, she was angry. she wanted to tell him that the next time he were to bring her in their house she would blow her up. that was the extent of her anger. but she held back, she wouldn’t give him the pleasure to know that. “if i am getting jealous or not, is none of your business. i am asking that you at least, keep the pretenses. it seems like you cannot even do that. let;s just take a divorce if you want to bring sluts here. i am not obliged to go through this pai..-”she cut herself, she was barely holding back her tears. of course she cared about him… of course she had feelings, but he was trying to kill them, for a long time now, that was all he was doing. “this ordeal.”

the fairy finally arrived at the hot spring with a five minute delay because she wanted to decide which bikini to wear, she had no intentions of going naked under the water. that was why she wore a strapless bikini top and a not at all sexy bikini bottom which was like shorts and arriving there wearing a bathrobe she waved her hand. “sejong!”she called out before taking off the bathrobe to hang it on the grouped hangers. after that she just got in and made her way slowly to him.

looking at her handsome friend she smiled to him. “were you waiting for too long sejongie?” she asked in a soft tone while going closer to him. “tomorrow you have the filming for that other drama you are in right? i heard you will have a kissing scene with someone …who is it?”

The close friend and beautiful actress is the most beautiful woman he has seen and it is regrettable that she has friendzoned him when he wanted to be more than that. It was already hard to keep his cool with her dressed up so being in the hotspring with her is making him even more horny and he could also be thankful that the water was hiding the bulge in the swimming trunks well.

dahlia was wearing her usual bust and a a crop top over as well as a pair of gym tights. that was the best attire for her gym time so she didn’t understand why he was criticizing her choice. “you know maybe i wore it because i want them to look as well? have you thought about it?” dahlia didn’t really mean those words, however, by saying that to him she wanted him to realize one thing, she wouldn’t be available to him for too long if he continued to be so wishy washy with her. no matter how much she was already missing the touches of last night. 

He doesn’t know what to say or how to deal with the fact that there was a possibility she decides to date someone else. And his worry strengthens as his trainer comes and stands between them. “Hey.” he greets hoping he is there for him, and then the trainer shocks him. 

“Dahlia, I was looking for you. Do you have time after gym? Let’s grab something to eat.”

“I was about to ask her the same thing.” Haein says as the jealusy overcame him so much that he took one step in front of his personal trainer having a very determined expression. “Since Dahlia is my girlfriend.”

What if common friends of ours see you?” He asks his ‘wife’ again. “At least I take my lovers somewhere private. You don’t need to  rub it to my face that you stopped loving me by being so shameless and public about it.”

The job was supposed to be easy, the woman approached offering a great sum of money and all he had to do was to renovate her hotel. However, to do his job, he needs to spend time with her and understand her better. A world he never thought existed was revealed to him. And for Joong Ki, it felt like it was the world of a crazy woman, yes, she was crazy. “Excuse me. You mean that the guests of this place...are not human?” He asks staring at the gorgeous woman sitting in the chair behind her royal like desk. “Then what are they?”

as the fairy became self conscious upon hearing the ‘it felt real on your end’, she felt her heart skipping a beat almost because she felt anxious about that. was it? did it feel real? well…it was but…what did he mean? sometimes that smile of his really masked everything he wanted to tell her and the older actress couldn’t help but wonder what was it exactly that he thought and felt. and the conversation the director initiated only made things difficult. but she decided to just play along. why? because sejong always did this kind of thing. it shouldn’t have been a surprise. 

““yup, we are still just very good friends.” she said passing an arm around sejong’s waist thoughtlessly. the director had already dismissed them for the break so the actress whispered to him. “i’m hungry again. i think i will finish in two hours the rest of the filming. want to meet up at the hotspring house at around 8?”

“Again?” He asks laughing at her words. “Okay okay. at 8.” he nods patting her back gently. The rest of the day until 8 was just him working. 

But as he arrives at the hot spring she had suggested and goes in the water he waits for her there soaking his own thoughts in there. He smiles to himself trying to imagine how it would be if she came any time soon.

the day had passed mainly with dahlia working on her script. she was in front of her laptop typing out everything she had prepared following the ‘golden’ outline she had for the particular episode. she had to make corrections or course and she even double checked for mistakes. lastly though, the most important part was reading out loud the lines to confirm that the dialogue was natural. she heard the mobile vibrating but she ignored it, she was too busy to even stretch her hand and check who it was. 

after one hour of working, the script writer took the smartphone to check her message. “of course… who would it have been…” she sighed tapping the text in reply. 

[text->ex-boyfriend]if you want to work out then we should meet at the gym i you want. 

The response isn’t what he is waiting for because he hopes to go to her place, not some gym. But he would work with that. So he texts her back. 

{sms} I will meet you there.

Arranging the time to meet was easy. He went at the gym like promised and he goes to her when he sees her already starting the warm up on the treadmill. He starts the treadmill then talks to her trying to hide some of the excitement he felt by looking at what she had decided to wear at the gym. “You know... if you wear things like that here, everyone will look at you.”
