I had a vision! Also I wanted to draw bloodyMary and chee and prism at the same time so I did. But I think it works really well! The art isn't the best BC I just needed to get this out of my head before the brainworms took what was left of my prefrontal cortex. Also didn't feel like rendering Grace and Simon lol. There are also probably spelling mistakes. Just a silly comic BC I felt like it.

Little fun fact, coming from an AroAce themself, a lot of the bloodymary (and just project hail Mary fandom in general) need to do a little bit more research into being AroAce. I see so many people headcanon Grace as AroAce and that's wonderful but then people are like, on one hand I ship bloodymary or [insert any other ship with Grace here] but on the other hand, he's AroAce.

HE CAN DO/BE BOTH. I NEED YOU GUYS TO REALIZE THAT.

Not only is there oriented AroAce, in which they also have a separate orientation, like gay or lesbian or bisexual or any of the other various sexualities, but AroAce is also just a spectrum as a whole.

I'm Aro because I have a difficulty differentiating my romantic and platonic feelings due to nuerodivergence.

I'm Ace because I have sexual trauma that has led to me being very sex aversed and even before it, I was very sex neutral.

QPR'S ARE A THING

Qpr stands for Queer Platonic Relationship which is often a type of relationship Ace, Aro, or AroAce people seek out as a form of relationship that breaks the societal standards of Romantic relationships as well as Platonic ones. And each QPR is different as it looks however the people participating in it want it to look.

*Rocky and Grace playing hide and seek in the dark (Rocky is always hiding because, you know, echolocation)*

Deep in space, our lone hero’s of their respective planets, Ryland Grace and Rocky, make their trek home. On their way, they encounter something strange, a being, a human, floating in the vacuum of space. The two managed to get the body on their ship and find he’s alive, by some miracle. The thick red liquid covering his body must’ve congealed in a way to protect him long enough for the stranger to be found. After getting the man cleaned up and bandaged, Mary, the ships computer, keeps an eye on him until he wakes. If he’ll wake.

Based off this thing I saw where Simon gets pissy, shouts at Grace and throws something and Grace, being the sensitive guy he is, starts crying and Simon, not used to his words having any sort of power like that, instantly is like I'm the worst person ever. Grace has been nothing but kind and patient with him and here he is making him cry. He apologizes over and over again, sent into a baffling state of desperation and hysteria to try to make up for it.

Grace shows him mercy, sinking down and giving him a hug and a kiss to the forehead to talk him off the edge. He then tells Simon he still needs time to get over it and the hurtful words Simon said, but that Simon doesn't deserve to punish himself so severely, just be more controlled next time. The start of Simon learning hes the only one in control of himself, he can't make excuses here and he won't be punished severely which creates even more pressure for him to grow as person.
