Ok, Andromeda had a narcissistic mother. Which true, can fuck you up. But Cassiopeia seems more neglectful rather than straight up abusive.

Considering Andromeda would have tons of nurses as a kid, Cassiopeia neglect probably didn't affect her as strongly. Still fucked her up a lil but, totally not compared to the level of fucked up that is Hippodamia.
