I can’t stand any of the jobs I’ve had since I graduated shit is so depressing
My community radio show in my little corner of the world @xcsb.org
First song I ever played on my 80 Gb IPod classic was the song say yes by Floetry which still stands the test of time as an absolute slapper. I was like 20 and this was probably 2006.
I think a lot of folks lack the ability to comprehend hip hop lyrics. And instead of saying maybe I don’t get it and it was never made for me to get it. Folks often lazily say the music sucks, or the people making it are dumb. But a lot of black music in particular is made with goal of making in indecipherable for outsiders. Often times obfuscation is kind of the point……..
I will be unpacking this more DjHamaradio.com

DjHamaradio is sometimes about sort of saving cool ass media that may disappear and go the way of the Dodo. I loved this interview, hope it never leaves the internets
