I went to the landfill today, and asked Pierre-Jean who works there if I could grab a few wood pallets to store my hay bales and to build a) a larger compost bin, b) corral gates, and he said “They’re in the back, I’ll show you the way” and added happily “This means I get to show you my garbage deer.”
…
Everyone, meet Pierre-Jean’s garbage deer.
What a wonderfully unsettling artwork! I love him!
Definitely going to picture this chasing my Promethean character through the woods now

““Did you ever try to put a broken piece of glass back together? Even if the pieces fit, you can’t make it whole again the way it was. But if you’re clever, you can still use the pieces to make other useful things. Maybe even something wonderful, like a mosaic. Well, the world broke just like glass. And everyone’s trying to put it back together like it was, but it’ll never come together in the same way.””

Rotten tomatoes? It’s a historical favorite. But I agree brick is a lovely go to if you don’t mind the consequences.
Coconut milk can apparently be used as an egg subsitute in cakes, so I think that chucking whole coconuts at them would be a good way to go.
