I felt so good for the last couple of weeks. I do a lot of art that is not connected to my work. I made a lot of plans, I slept without nightmares, I had lots of energy, I actually read a book and was interested in plot rather than do it out of habbit. I felt so alive, last time I felt this way more than 3 years ago. Recovery took time and a lot of efforts, but I finally felt it's effects

And then...

Then shit happened. And happened. And happened again.

And now I'm back to the start. Now not only feeling empty and meaningless, but also being so so so sorry for all the progress that was ruined in one day
