Kicking off my Tumblr with a video I created earlier this week. I headed to Downtown Baltimore for the 2017 Light City Baltimore event. This was the second annual Light City event, and despite the rain I encountered it was still a blast.

Being a light chaser (photographer) this event really appeals to me. This is only a tiny portion of the light displays downtown. This festival is MASSIVE!!! I cut out early because of the rain, but here’s what a saw combined with a bit of interpretation using the Topaz Glow plugin by Topaz Labs (get a free trial here)
