This one is from Mission 0005. I did it last Monday. I duct taped the note to the wall this morning (2024-10-24).
The message would have been the same had He been female.
Depicting Jesus exclusively as a male may perpetuate a society of male dominance.
Gender is a social construct.
My good friend Nuke (New Kid) made this for me. I love it.
Ramon Martinez Female Christ Photography Private collection Female Christ is first and foremost, an artistic and experimental project. As we do not necessarily want to recreate the reality due…
I’m trying to contact Ramone Martinez. Can anyone help me?

Title: Jesus Other Title: Naked Female Jesus on the Cross Artist: Dr Unstoppable Date: 2024-10-14 Location: 8554J2JR+GPX (Huntington Beach CA) Medium: Spray Paint
Artist's Comments:
The message of Jesus would have been the same had He been female.
The practice of depicting Jesus exclusively as a man probably perpetuates a male dominated society.
Gender is a social construct anyway.
This is interesting 🤔
*Record scratch* *Freeze frame* Yep, that’s us. You’re probably wondering how we got here.
The internet is changing, and with it, social media. We partnered with Archrival who asked Gen Z (aka, you) and Millennial folks (also you) what’s important to you in online communities. Some interesting trends emerged from those conversations, and we thought you might like to take a look and see what tracks for you.
The Trends:
Broken Social Scenes. Too much content, too little organic connection. You want something deeper.
Network Effect. You’re creating new networks that nurture belonging through intimacy, exclusivity, and IRL meet-ups. (Communities, anyone?)
The New Rules of Influence. Connections, not followers. Influencers that build trust and real engagement matter more to you than big numbers.
Community, According to you. Community building must be holistic. Social media must be social. Community is not a marketing strategy.

These are all things a Gen X like me also crave.
I blazed a post asking if anyone wants to see a cool movie with me on my secret identity blog.
I did it with my subscriber blaze for October.
It was for 2.5k views and I wish it had gotten boosted (but I guess every Blaze wishes that.)
Anyway keep up the great work!🦀❤️🦀
I didn't get to go to the Anaheim Wondercon this year so I'm commissioning some art online for fun.
Here's the drill:
Reblog or comment if you are interested with a link to your profile and perhaps your best contact info.
I'll have all the applications reviewed by tomorrow morning (2024-04-06 08:00 AM PDT).
I'll contact the top 4 or 5 applicants, sign a simple contract outlining the gig and pay up front.
Then those artists will have 250 hours to complete their work (2024-04-16 06:00 PM PDT). It probably won't take that long, but deadlines are nice sometime.
I'll post the finished work on my site on the page with the poem, with a link to your page. You are free to also post the work anyplace you want.
selected works from my senior exhibition at arizona state university. the last 4 years have not been easy, but i am happy with where it has taken my work, and even more grateful to be surrounded by such a strong support system who is receptive to my, frankly, odd artwork. my ethos behind a lot of this work is to bring furries, queerness, and diverse bodies into the high art world. we deserve to be seen and celebrated!
This art is pretty deep. I've never met the artist. I don't even know what pronouns I'm supposed to use, but I feel like I can feel xer.
I made this one on an underpass near the Jamboree exit on the 405 freeway. The surefice was incredibly ruff and the edges weren't as crisp as I like. Still I think it came out well.
It's an homage to Andy Warhol. If you don't know, Warhol was a pop artist from the 1960's. He did silk screens of Campbell's soup cans along with mass reproductions of Marilyn Monroe and atomic bomb images. I think he's pretty cool.
Here's another one I did a long time ago when I only had my small cutter. It's Supergirl. I made it for my sister for christmas and then later put it up on a wall.
It's really small, located under the 163 Freeway near Hazard Center
Here's another one I did a while ago on my small cutter.
It was on a building in downtown San Diego. Originally I made the stencils for my brother and sister in law as a christmas gift. Later, I figured I should put it out in the world.
They like Swing dancing.
Here's some art I did a while ago. It's a guy in a Mexican hat proudly waving an American flag.
It's about assimilation and immigration in the US. I made it a few years ago, when I only had my small cutter. At the time the US president was going nuts about a wall on the Mexican border.
I made a new piece last night. This one is along a bike path in Hollenbeck Park in Anaheim CA. I could hear the fireworks at Disneyland going off while I was doing it.
There was a family playing in the park when I got there after dark. I figured I would go and talk to them about the neighborhood and if they would rather I do it someplace else.
I had a great conversation with the father about being a Mexican-American in the inner city. We talked about art and culture. I told him Gumball was just kind of cute and uncontroversial for me to get started. I said that I wanted to do more interesting stuff once I got going.
He liked my ideas and said what I was doing should be fine. Just that if some hoodlum's on bikes show up I should probably run.
Gumball is 12 layers, I finished in 31 minutes.
I made another piece last night. It's the same image I've used before, but last time the white clogged so I felt I needed to do it again. I'll probably use it to fix my profile picture.
I am aware that about half the people don't see the kid's left foot but rather a penis. I'm just going to live with that because I can't put more effort into this image.
