and I'm incredibly grateful to everyone who has said such nice things about the season, and I'm sorry to everyone who had emotions they weren't expecting, and I'm impressed that so many of you have theories and don't plan to answer, validate or really even comment on any of them, but mostly I'm just sorry because I probably won't read whatever you've sent, not because I don't want to but because if I was doing nothing but reading Tumblr asks as a full time job I still wouldn't catch up with the thousands of asks coming in.

Just reinforcing why Eight is my favorite Doctor of all time. And none of his appearances in the revived series would be possible without Big Finish having given him (and continues to give) one of the best runs of ANY of the actors to have held the role, so I hope people keep supporting them and their work. It also makes canon a detail from Big Finish Doctor Who that the old personalities of the Doctor remain active in the Doctor’s sub-subconscious. The level of influence that Big Finish has had on Doctor Who for the better literally cannot be overstated – PLEASE BUY THEIR STUFF!

This is one of my favourite Avon/Vila moments. Not just because it’s refreshing to see Vila bite back for once, but it also shows that, as much as he likes to put down Vila, Avon never quite takes it too far. Tarrant did. Way too far.
