Did he say if it was time-sensitive? I'm in the middle of something right now, so I'd rather finish this up than go gallivanting off to fix problems the rest of my team should be able to handle by themselves. Mr.Brody doesn't need me to coddle him at ever turn.

What does that have to do with anything?  People don’t talk to each other just to get something out of them.  Sometimes it’s just, you know, talking.  Making sure that the other person heard them and-

Well, you can’t expect me to be present for every single briefing when I have work to do. Work that you requested and that I was prepping for. A radio call would suffice next time.

You want me to hail you on the radio?  The same radio you conveniently “forget to turn on” whenever I actually do need to tell you something?  Sure thing, Rush.  I’ll start hailing you on the radio as soon as you start answering.

I don't believe a response is necessary if you are just telling me you've canceled my scheduled diagnostics. There is really nothing I can say to your complete disregard of my time and authority that would make you change your mind, is there? Ergo, no need to actually answer.

You can take my silence as me wallowing in bitter impotence if that's any incentive.
