New law that says you can’t build any new buildings unless you have tried to make whatever business you have work in literally any of the numerous vacant abandoned buildings around the city. I’m so so so sick of hearing about new developments while I walk past rows and rows of old buildings that havent had any businesses in them for 20+ years. This goes triple for housing. You can’t build any new apartment buildings until you try lowering the cost on and renovating existing units that no one will move into
