bb8 hat! after the fish mitts I’ve been really intrigued by doing color over knits.

i made this really simple scarf forever ago but it's my favorite. i knit the yarn up a few different ways before figuring out that a simple stockinette in a really loose gauge was what it needed to show off the gorgeous yarn.

it’s been in the single digits here so i made these funny fish mittens for my partner. first knit and thrummed but they were still not warm enough, so then i wove some more yarn through​.

weirdly differently shaped because i designed them as I went and did one top-down and the other bottom-up.
