A question to my followers:

I’ve been playing with the idea of doing step-by-step WIP posts of my cosplays in their various stages of build/make, but what do you think? Would anyone be interested in seeing that? Do you just want to see more pictures of my cosplay in general? Should Teiaiel get off his lazy ass and go take costume pictures? Let me know! Reversible Gundam | Gundam Build Fighters Battlelog

First off I have to say this was a fun little model kit to build. The deseign of the Reborns is on of my favorites of 00 (not to mention a real blast to use in Gundam Musou). So when I was first exposed to this new take on an old design in the first episode of Battlelog I couldn’t contain my excitement. I’ve been looking forward to this build for months since it’s announcement.

The design is similar to the Reborns build, as expected, while offering a few new surprises. The plastic used is a different type than the previous models, including the 1.5 from the 00 manga series entries. A warning to those with a heavy handed touch; take care when sanding the white and yellow as it is very soft. The grey plastic is the same type used in the recent Iron Blooded Orphans Gunpla, which must be sanded with care so as not to leave marks from nippers. Be sure to give this build a little extra love and she will come out great.

The joints are fluid and the molds were nicely fit, making this a superior model to some older 00 kits, which had a tendency to yield uneven seams without some careful sanding.

All in all I have to say this was a fun little build, as it is a departure from my recent Perfect Grade and Master Grade trend. I haven’t build a High Grade in months and it was nice to get back to basics.
