Each day this week has gotten more and more productive and I’m happy. I feel it’s better than way that just swinging from extremes and burning out in the process. This way feels like a steady and more gradual build and something I can sustain more. It’s really been about finding the balance between being kinder to myself about what I have or haven’t yet accomplished and no longer making excuses and procrastinating. Happy ☺️
