“Honesty– neither have I. She’s kept to herself so much recently that I never really got to talk to her much when I did see her. I don’t know why she’s been so distant, but if you can get more than two word answers out of then you’ll be a hero.”

“But she’s your sister...” Dominic scratched his head, confused. He couldn’t imagine not talking to or knowing what his brother was up to. “Oh, no. She never talked to me much as it was.”

“You’re the worst and I hate you–” she shouted through laughter shoving him playfully.

“How will I live?” Dominic kept in laughter through a serious expression. “You know what I was thinking? You know how a lot of friends have a pact that when they are 30 or 40 or whatever and still not married, they’ll marry eachother? That can never be us, because I won’t get old, but you will. I think I can already see a wrinkle right there,” he looked at her face.

“Sad, but true, brother of mine,” Charlie said with a giant laugh. Charlie just beamed. He never took things seriously, even when he should. “I’ll be fine, man.”
