Happy Father’s Day!
#you know what i’m actually really grateful for this gif set #because like the thing with mother’s day and father’s day is that not everyone has great biological parents #and sometimes the person who was a mother/father/parent to you wasn’t your biological parent but they’re still super important #zuko’s bio dad was trash but iroh was there for him every step of the way and became a father to him #and the fact that he’s not zuko’s biological dad doesn’t make him less of a father to him #and that’s important

If you want to be a bender, you have to let go of fear
Trench is an atmospheric and intense first person experience in which you travel through trenches in a war-zone under constant threat from enemy fire.
Taking around 10 minutes to complete, Trench is more of an experience than a game. You’re in the middle of a war-zone, but you have no gun, and must simply travel through trenches in its three short levels, following a strange glowing trail. There’s no narration or text in Trench, but there’s certainly a story, with a surprisingly poignant ending.
A wartime experience that manages to evoke more emotion in it’s brief, wordless 10 minute playtime than most shooters manage in 10 hours.

Amazing Avatar Scenes [3/?]
Okay, this is probably my favorite scene in the entire series of Avatar to date.
First off, it takes place during an awesome episode, Lake Laogai. The Gaang has discovered the truth behind the Dai Li and are attempting to break in and save Appa.
Now, this whole season Zuko has been in a really tough spot.
After his failure at the North Pole, his has officially been declared a fugitive of the Fire Nation. Despite knowing his father find him to be a hassle and has actually sent out the warrant for his arrest, he still takes a shot at completing the task he had been assigned three years earlier.
He thinks he finally has the chance to lure the Avatar in, by getting to his bison before him, but when he gets there, Iroh challenges him.
We have never heard Iroh yell, let alone yell at Zuko, but he raises his voice because he is so frustrated by seeing someone he loves so much going down the wrong path for himself.
Iroh tells Zuko that despite they are both Fire Nation and he was born Fire Nation royalty, that is not his path, it is a path that has been forced upon him.
The most haunting part of this is that Zuko knows it. And he can’t deny it. Dante Bosco did a great job of offering his voice for Zuko, because you can hear his voice shaking with emotion as his life has come to this point: his Crossroads of Destiny.
felt like making an Appa appreciation post.

This is a thread capture from the /x/ board of 4chan, animated and set to voiceover. Every now and then in the middle of the night, amoungst the tarot threads and people talking about succubi, you get a really spooky occurrence. Things like this are the reason I am on that board so frequently.
Thanks, /x/
