so i was watching rebels and ahsoka for the 52nd time and i realized something about sabine’s hair, specifically how it matches her sense of self when she doesn’t have ezra

take a look at sabine in rebels, right before ezra disappears

short hair. of course, sabine has short hair all through rebels, but fast forward a few years to the ahsoka series

her hair is super long, which is pretty uncharacteristic for sabine. she always has short hair, until she loses ezra. until she loses hope.

you may think, “you’re crazy. her hair has nothing to do with her sense of hope,” but what does sabine do the SECOND she gets a bit of hope to find him?

she chops it all off(in a very kanan-like style, which is a whole other parallel)

so tl;dr, the length of sabine’s hair represents her sense of hope
