Healthy breaded chicken and chips ❤️
1. Dip fresh chicken fillets in whisked egg then dip into dried potato 2. Put onto tray with spray oil 3. Peel and chop potatoes into chip shape boil for 5 minutes add onto tray with chicken 4. In a pan with some spray oil fry some chilli peppers and other veg you like 5. When chicken and chips are cooked add all into pan and fry for a few minutes 6. Enjoy 😁

My journey
It’s only the beginning of my weight loss journey. So okay I’ve been trying to lose weight for years and I’ve tried pretty much tried any diet under the sun ☀️ this time is different, this time it’s for me, this time I won’t stop Started September 2016 Weight loss so far: 6 pounds (not incredible but it’s slow steady and sustainable)
