Sometimes after a long week of class, hard work, and barely any sleep, all you need is that one album you were obsessed with during your childhood that you still know all of the words to (for me its fearless by taylor swift and here we go again by demi lovato… and both albums still bop) to lift your spirits and make you feel alive again.

How do you make a nutella latte??? Very important, asking for a friend hehehe 😊😊

I GOT U. this recipe fits in a huge mug so u can halve it if necessary. ALSO, this recipe is totally drinkable if you're not into coffee; just add more milk and some cocoa powder and it's like a nutella hot chocolate. Nutella Latte:- brew a 6-8oz cup of STRONG coffee- make a simple syrup (v easy to do, just mix equal parts sugar and water and a teeny bit of vanilla extract in a small pot over low-medium heat – u can do however much sugar u want! I'm a sugar fiend so I do a full 2 tsp of sugar which means 2 tsp water)- one the sugar is dissolved, add 3/4 cup of milk to the pot and let it warm up (u can turn the heat higher if ur impatient like me) - I personally add a bit of sea salt cuz I like that saltiness but it's totally optional! U can also add cinnamon if ur feeling it- when it starts getting slightly warmer, add a big tbsp of nutella to the pot - after that, just let the nutella melt into the mixture and heat up; u can just keep tasting it until it gets to a good temp – remember to stir often!- to get that latte-ness, I add the warm milk mixture to a blender and blend for 10-15 seconds to get that frothy goodness (u can also use a fork if ur feeling particularly strong) - pour the mixture into ur cup of coffee, give 'er a good swirl and ur DONE!- optional but recommended; sprinkle cocoa powder, sea salt, or cinnamon on top ENJOY !
