Honestly? Im tired of boomers not taking eco anxiety (and climate change) seriously
I recently watched on youtube a video about a girl explaining what is "eco anxiety" and how shes worried for our future and the future of the enviroment.
Then, i made the HORRID decision of opening the comments section...
WHAT IN THE ACTUAL FUCK IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE. Why the hell do they have to be so rancid (and ableist) towards someone whos just explaining their worry for the earth (as if it is some kind of sin or federal crime). Im tired that no matter how hot summer will get boomers would still tell you "BuT iTS JuSt SuMMer"
Always speaking of boomers im also UNIVERSALLY tired of them keep saying since i was a kid that we are a "lazy good for nothing" generation, that we will be a complete disaster both economically and politically without realizing that:
1. The current people in power who are ruining our world are NOT gen z (i dont remember d*nald turd being born in 1997 or 2010)
2. Boomers are the ONLY generation in modern history who had it BETTER than both their PARENTS AND THEIR CHILDREN but they still have the gut to call us "lazy". They lived in the golden age, while we are living in the decay, boomers ate everything good and gave us scraps, wait, not even scraps because those are edible. They gave us moldy/expired food.
