I’m not sure how many people know this game, I guess enough and maybe if you find this post by the tag, I guess I know what I’m going to talk about.
Oberyn Martell has arrived and I was delighted to get him - since the character is fascinating and the whole theme with people like Olenna Tyrell does motivate to play.
But don’t you find the challenge “Blood Debt” a bit… I dunno, I can hear some cruel laugh somewhere in the game team because to make players use Lannister fraction to get the stuff and the fragments for Oberyn… it’s ironical, I guess. Funny and ironical. Ironical and funny.
I have got an small idea over our dear giant sweetheart. I think that if you invited him to watch a movie home and he agreed, it would be like… those girlish kind of meetings. For some reason I strongly believe he wouldn’t come unless he was sure that the person was attentive to him enough not to eat nuts in front of hum and who was soft generally. He wouldn’t definitely mind plush surroundings, the candles (if they are not too smelly), warm drinks like hot chocolate, food (I guess it would become one of the endless mysteries of his when no one knows how and when he ate). He would bring his favourite staff - pizza, which would disappear between moments when you take a piece and watch the movie; old pieces of the restaurant ad (for some reason he liked to rewatch it so you didn’t really mind despite the confusion). To spill tea? Depends on the situation but he wouldn’t mind, if he felt comfortable enough (just imagine him with a drink and you were telling him the last news, while he nodded time to time and showed more reactions with hands)
And i bet he was protective of such moments. Maeve joined the “party”? No problem. He would make sure she got back to her bed if she had too much of wine.
Express? Maybe. Maybe. If you didn’t mind. Rarely the fastest guy did partake.
Deeps wanted to join? Your phone had been turned off and Noir ignored him in the hallway when he asked about “the secret meeting” while he was coming for snacks. If the man came up to the door? Sorry, no one heard him coming. Noir turned volume up of the movie and what a surprise, the door had been locked.
If he was sure a man could cause distress to any of his friend, he did he best to avoid them coming.
Homelander…? Noir hoped the man never would ever get any idea you guys had such evenings. Just. No.
(Lets be honest it would turn into work shift for poor man, he just wanted to relax).

When it rains especially hard, he always thinks of the way the farm sounds there. On some days, he surroundings of his place, the beach itself is different and he can’t help but walk up to farm just to sense it better. He needs to hear it to write as best as he can what he feels about your personality, the difference, the similarity and… your relationship with him.
So greenish, almost dark emerald territory is weighted with fresh drops of water everywhere. The light places there and here. The earthy smell. Grey like silver sky. The tranquility. And you, somewhere there - maybe working as ever, giving no chance to the weather to spoil your schedule.

Have you noticed that the arts before a chapter contain small details that talk about future? In the background we see the wolf that he will become, also Euini is holding keys, while his own hands are chained. As Euini understands in the chapter that it’s him who prevents him from doing magic, he opens the stocks. It’s a kind of augury. So maybe others picture contains some of the information as well.
I have got a feeling that Coco and Qifrey have a common trait - lying about their health. Coco gets sick because she has nightmares and she can’t sleep? Right, she says to Agatha: “yeah, sure, I have definitely been worried because of the shoes”. Her teacher? “I’m fine” all the time.
In the same time I guess Coco and Beldaruit have this ability to see beauty in many things so it helps them to go through days.
Beldaruit and Qifrey’s common feature? Even two: dodging questions and “stealing” other’ apprentices. Shamelessly. Especially dodging any uncomfortable questions: “what? You want to ask something? OF COURSE YOU CAN! Is it about magic?”.
I wonder if the girls and Coco especially will inherit those characteristics.
I have just realised but the drawings in the book that Coco had in the beginning contained literally deadly spells and if the girl had had just a little better drawing skills… it would have been more likely that the teacher wouldn’t have reached her in time. (it’s a really obvious state but still creepy)
Guys, it has been a while since I read the mange and the tv-show started so I decided to reread the manga and watch the anime… and I do wonder if Baldaruit quill looks like the branch like on in the first vol. in the beginning of the third chapter. It feels like his for some reason!

He used to speak more frequently with Vhagar before the brothel incident.
He could sit till the very dark night at the table in the library, surrounded with books mostly for two reasons – he wanted (and still he does) to show himself as more capable son of his mother and father. The second reason was that library could give him some solitude. The forever-drunk and mean brother would never go there on his own, just when he was dragged by septons for lessons. Yet sometimes it was easier to bring the books and quills to the place where elder prince was.
If the Strong boys were in the library… well, he had two options – to hide better among the bookcases or return to his place. After the eye incident he nearly got the whole library for himself.
3. I see that when he was child, he used to ask for warmed milk (and a couple of sweets eventually) in the kitchen on his own, since his mother was quite… distant. After especially rough days. But as he grew up, he stopped doing so to maintain reputation.
I bet when Aegon found out about it eventually, it became a new reason for teasing.
Synopsis: it connects with the “Mysterious Sandwich” (somehow) but it doesn’t have strict time chain or other kind of stuff. Just a headcanon. Let’s have a new episode of Black Noir, us and food. (and it's happening in the Tower)

You are glaring at barely defrost chicken. Definitely, if it could, it would be staring back with some judgment. But it can’t and technically it has no eyes since it’s just… chicken breast. It can’t judge you, right? But the memory about Deep staring at the dead octopus served for a party makes you doubt the Nature and your own sanity.
You take a breath and rub the face. You should have thought twice before unfreezing the chicken at least a couple of times and then drop it back into crisper with those sinful thoughts “I’m gonna do it later” a couple of times again. Now you need to fix it or the precious meat will spoil. You could be careless actually since you yearn enough money but it doesn’t settle right… Especially after the very party where you saw countless amount of backed marbling being mercilessly getting into trash bags. Fortunately, one staff managed to take home some.
Why to cook? You can just order fast food and call it a day. No one gives a shit, if you don’t gain weight (and with sup’ metabolism it’s so rare case).
Yet… there is something appealing about cooking just for yourself on your own. Sincere. Not artificial, like the place itself. So why not? It has been a while since you cooked something.
The thought makes you frown but you have better things to mull over.
There is a problem. Since your power isn’t really about physical power (you are still stiff enough for usual bullets, thanks God), the half-frozen chicken now is a significant problem. 9pm + strong food-oriented principles + forgottenness equal this.
The cold bites your fingers far too painfully, the exhaustion linger your limbs and you fail to cut the chicken quickly to sooth your hunger.
‘Damn’ you grumble under the breath, looking at the meat and putting knife away.
Job has absorbed you. You get…
You flinch as you sense the presence. Barely you note the subtle sound of door closing. You snap the head and see the dark figure – Black Noir.
‘…Oh. That’s you.’
Why did he come in the first place? And have you forgotten to lock the door?
You huff half-annoyed and half-startled. That habit of his is irking and it has ruffled your feathers already enough. Unnoticed, faint, quiet, impressive and unsettling. Respected, though, because of this or some other matters.
The man doesn’t immediately move. But after a short pause he raises his hand to point to the direction where the cutting board, knife and chicken are.
‘Oh. Just cooking, got hungry, ya know?’
Black Noir tilts the head.
‘…’
Wrong silence falls between them. You do your best to avoid looking too unsettled. But idea strikes her.
Yes, respected for other matters.
‘Hey, can you lend a hand?’
The sup seems to plan to go but he stops as he hears the question. He tilts his head once again, stronger that time. As if asking what kind of help you need.
‘Like, literally a hand.” You nod at the kitchen, “Could you… cut it for me?’
He seems to process the question before nodding quite stiffly.
‘Then cut it small pieces, like sticks.’
Noir comes closer, taking the knife.
‘…’
Now you are confused as he starts cutting breast with work gloves on. Your eyes widen a little surprised but you decide not to comment since he seems to be okay with it (or you just ignore the questions more than you want nowadays).
He gets it done smoothly, effortlessly and… far too quickly for you to note it in the same space. Here the chicken is, neatly cut, on the board. He turns his head to you for the reaction, holding the knife. The black visor seem to absorb his eyes if you do not look for them exactly.
The cold chill comes along your spine bone.
‘Oh, that was… quick. Thank you!’ you smile a little more puzzled. He nods and goes to wash the knife. You gently check the pieces with fingers – indeed, still not quite unfrosted. You take the tenderizer (mom’s gift) and flatten the pieces. The gentler the meat, better the taste. It doesn’t take too much time – the meat is already soft.
‘Now, eggs and bread crumbs...’ you take the ingredients from the fridge.
As you turn back, Black Noir is gone.
‘…okay, I guess…’
As you prepare the bowls and break the eggs, you again nearly get a heart attack – the ninja reappears, all straight and strict next to you.
No sense of tact and shame!
‘You want the nuggets?’ you mutter clearly teed off now.
He nods.
‘…okay, sure.’
He seems to relax visibly or even happy.
The process seems to resume… weirdly, but not in a bad way. Noir stays nearby and his gaze seems to be glued to the crumbs. Soon he leans closer and points at bowl with them.
‘Hm?’
Then he points at a crumbled brown pack of something in his hand.
‘What is it?’
He lets you take it and open to understand. It seems to be a mix of spices. Red or somewhat brown, yellow there…
You pinch it and taste it.
‘Oh’
It tastes like the fast-food nuggets but… you can’t really put a finger on the right on the brand. Mcdonalds, KFC, the King…?
You smile.
‘Have you burgled a restaurant?’ you joke, half sure – with his shown abilities you can’t be sure for a hundred precents he hasn’t.
He doesn’t really answer with any gesture. Just looks at the bowl with crumbs and the glance linger longer than you add the mix.
Quite soon the nuggets are almost ready, all beautiful and slim with the cover.
‘Okay, now… oven.’
Noir shows the surprise with the oil bottle – he takes it and stares at you.
‘No cholesteric boost for me, sorry. Got a heartburn for oil. But let’s fry some for you then.’
He raises a thumb finger up.
Soon the nuggets get into the oven and into the pun. You are sitting in front of oven’s glass, watching the process as well. Noir is slowly moving them with the spoon, dancing just a bit – he is happy, you understand and smile.
The huge contrast with usual interacts (or lack of those) with Black Noir makes you pause. As well as you think over the job.
‘I will take a couple of yours if you don’t mind.’ You say and the man steals a glance, showing the finger up again.
‘…’
Job has sucked up to its throat that you forgot about the loved things. About everything, actually. Especially about sincerity. That man is, who spooks shit out of many has helped you and now can’t wait for the chicken nuggets with some fast-food spice.
In ten minutes it seems to be ready and you two place the small masterpieces on the dishes.
‘Smell and look fascinating… damn.’ You squeak as you bite into still hot like coal piece. Noir waves sympathetically the hand near you, as if helping to cool the burn.
‘Wow… it’s so delicious! The spice is good.’
He raises his hand for high-five and waits for you to do the five. Some hesitation lingers into the movement, as if embarrassed himself. But you high-five with sincere smile. He is very content himself now.
‘Speaking of the spice, you should share the it’s brand. I’d use it again.’
He pauses. You watches his reaction as he touches his chest for moment and then he nods. A promise of his, even if you are not sure for a hundred precents if he returns...
Game of thrones: Legends (careful, spoilers and maybe I will add more thoughts).
I have been thinking and I wonder how would Aemond feel about the surroundings in the game if he had self awareness. I mean, a good part of players definitely adore him and summon him to improve him as much as possible and to put him in the team. I bet many storage as much resources as they can for him… what would his reaction be? Something like: “who dared… wait, is that pile of sources for me…? Hm…” (sounds of caution). I do see him like a stray cat in that case, who become so bold and shameless after gaining trust and comfort… or maybe the street cat who will chew someone down just to make sure his piece and quiet remain completely his.
And the fact that in that case he is more likely to meet so many characters. Would he get a fixation on Olenna Tyrell? Would he be confused with the fact that there are various characters? I guess he wouldn’t hold his Vhagar horses when he sees someone’s Aegon but the fact no one actually die… or what if the player gets Aegon? (Personal hell it is for him for sure).
-> he draws tiny doodles within margins of his notebooks. Some of them look like you.
He might go all blushing mess if you notice them while he is showing his new notes.
-> During walks out in the forest he may see your face in the clouds. He has a vivid imitation.
He would add this detail in his novel, maybe, with making it a little oblivious.
-> He wanders around your farm to “get inspiration or/and information about the plants”. Also he uses it as an excuse to watch you in your habitat. Maru would compare it to her own science hobby and Elliott would blush hellishly much (and deny it of course).
Yandere Elliott pops out involuntarily
-> If you have a keen on something, he may save his money to buy it. But if you love wild things such as flowers… well. He would collect it. Also he would dry it so he could give it to you even during the winter season.
-> He has a beautiful handwriting and he helps (even if you doesn’t really ask out) you with writing the stickers for jam jar, tea packs and so on. (Indeed they look complete)
He can’t make it in time - something falls right onto his head. Even slips further a little, tickling the eyelids.
What has just happened…?
He feels so startled. He raises his fingers to adjust whatever it is. As his eyes find brilliant pink petals on his shoes, around them - he understands what it is - a flower crown. Quite… fluffy because of the amazing amount of flowers in it. Every movement and new petals fall off.

He hears above him and takes a look up. A group of female elves and guests of the place are giggling, standing on the wide balcony. His cheeks get warm. To say explicitly who has dropped the handmade treasure difficult but… someone seems to be blushing and rubbing her face far too much for someone who didn’t make the it. Someone who…
He lightly clears his throat and takes it off:
- [Ladies?]
- Keep it as a moral compensation! - the squeak happens and he can’t help but smile politely and more bashfully. The group laugh loudly that the birds fly off the trees.
The tiniest headcanon aka thought about Black Noir

We know that Black Noir is allergic to nuts and I wonder if the boys could just put around the marzipan Sweet, like salt is placed against demons and… technically, it’s the almond paste. Or to wear it like garlic. I guess poor Earving would be doomed like a vampire or demon would be in that case

His head immediately jumps up as he notices her somewhere among the bookshelves. The walls, so thick and cold, despite their firmness easily echo anything in this space - even the hardly suppressed sniffs, no matter how hard they are hidden among the sound of the paper.
He extremely quietly stands up leaving the chair alone and goes to the right bookshelf.
“Meleth?”
His voice is low and he finds out that the muffled cry stops.
“Please, nin el, do not fret. Just… here”
He peeks between the books - he sees the lowered head’s top and the hair.
