Flatlining...
Nothing I seem to do is making the scale go down. But I'm done with week 2 of Focus T25 and today was a rest day. Getting my food prep done for the weekend to keep my head in the game. Trust and believe 👊🏼
Wardrobe goals
Almost time to weigh in for my first round of DietBets. I've started T25, which brings a whole set of new challenges, lots more jumping than 21 Day Fix, but part of growing and flourishing into being fit and healthy is adapting to new experiences. Food prepping has been my savior, along with laying out my workout clothes. Find why works for you, and roll with it 😎

Alright guys. Here are my official results from 21 Day Fix! Really happy, Shakeology and the diet plan really works for me. However, I'm starting Shaun T's Focus T25 today. Excited!!!
Meal prepping for the weekend done! As of today I've lost 5.6 lbs... 13 days and not starving myself, while staying healthy is amazing. As always, remembering my Shakelogy 😎

Today marked W2D1 of 21 Day Fix... Significant improvement from day 1! Not perfect, but definitely soooo much better 💁🏻💁🏻 And my mom also said my face looked skinnier, she's Asian and super judgmental (very much tough love, don't take that the wrong way) so another ✅ in the win book! Happy weekend y'all, keep trucking :)

Day 6 is in the books and I'm quite proud of myself... Did 21 Day Fix "Dirty 30" and kept up for the most part. Later in the day, had enough energy to do a CIZE routine. 😍Love the endorphins I'm on right now
Food prepped for the next few days!! Been going strong with my Shakeology and trucking through my 21 day fix workouts... Man she doesn't mess around.
On the third day....
I'm still hanging in there! Got my Shakeology down and have been eating my prepped meals. Only downside of today is I had to work early so I have yet to get my workout in. I hate working out midday 😩 ⬅️⬅️⬅️this is when I like to introduce the pre-workout! I only use it when I absolutely need to, otherwise it starts to lose its power overtime.

Success. Another day another Shakeology. Got my workout in even though I'm sore. Keep on keeping on!

365 days of Shakeology: ✅Day 1 21 Day Fix: ✅Day 1- Total Body Cardio Fix ✅Meal Prepping for the next four days Sadly, I have to work today so no lounging around watching football. However, I'll be running around being active so I guess that's a win when I look at my resolutions! ✳️This year is my year... Make it yours too!!! ✳️
