Broads and Broadswords is a charity zine and a celebration of varied women, varied genders, and the swords and blades that love them. This zine collects 80 pages of original color illustrations and comics made entirely by 60+ independent artists-- and no AI at all--in a perfect bound book, available in both digital and print format. All proceeds from the Broads and Broadswords zine will be split between the Transgender Law Center and Point of Pride.

Wednesday, March 25th: Hello, everyone. I’m Gem, a bi, mentally ill, and disabled woman in desperate need of help, as I desperately need help to get medicine and groceries.
I apologise for asking for help again. As most of you know from my previous posts, I have been struggling to make ends meet while on welfare. And due to my outstanding bills and ever-increasing debt, it has been difficult for me to make ends meet. These past few months have been absolute hell, and with no other income, I've been relying on the kindness of others to get by.
However, I desperately need that kindness again, as it has been a very difficult month. Not only have I struggled to pay my bills, but I have also had a few come out earlier than expected, and I've put everything into paying them, and as such, I don't have any money left to buy food or get medicine to recover from the flu.
I'm so stressed, and I desperately need help until I receive my welfare, which won't be until the 31st!! I've checked online for a home delivery, and it would cost around £73.92
Again, I know this is a lot to ask, but if anyone could spare any amount to help me, even if it’s just £1/$1/€1, it would mean a lot, and sharing helps just as much.
Recently a mutual of mine ( @linxprime ) on Tumblr got hacked and the hacked account tried to scam me too.
If you get an email, dm, or whatever asking you to move to a third party site like Discord for reasons relating to your account like termination, IT IS A SCAM.
Tumblr (or any other site) will contact you through email or the site itself. Discord is a cesspool for scammers (i should know I'm on it all the time).
Block and report these accounts.

I have recently been informed that Dess (@desultory-novice), an avid member of the Kirby community, has had their account unexpectedly deleted. A concerned friend of theirs reached out to me and others seeking assistance, as they cannot seem to get into contact with Dess either here or through Discord.
While I don't know Dess personally or what their current situation is, I'd still like to help in some way in case something is wrong... so if anyone knows what might be going on or can get into direct contact with Dess, please send any reverent information or news to @the-multiversal-watcher. And please, spread the word about this if you can. Hopefully Dess is okay...
I would like to add on that their account deletion happened between two and four days ago, by my rough estimate. I haven't seen Dess online on Discord at all recently, and I'm trying not to assume worst-case scenario...
So if anybody's able to get in contact with them, any help at all would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!
