Genuine, 100% question: how do you propose to care for people with serious disabilities (mental or physical) whose care needs go beyond what most households can provide? This includes people who pose a serious threat to themselves or others.

Personally, I don't think so. The eggs recreate an existing person, not create a new one. So all of the stuff they already did carries over to their new body. If they were already born to a Jewish mother or went through conversion, they don't need to do so again.
