I could write a whole essay on Jane's character. Man, she didn't deserve that ending. :/ I'll never get over the Duffers saying how she needed to go because she represents the "magic of childhood," when a majority of her childhood was not "magic." She escaped the lab around 12 years old and sacrificed herself around 16 years old. That's only four years of "freedom," of which she spent a lot of time still enduring hardship. Anyway, this song fits her character very well.

Sorry if this edit breaks your heart, but I had to make it.

I absolutely love this part of the song, where Hozier is firing devastating line after line. Thought it fit Will pretty well, a flower in the state of dying after being plucked, but blooming forth and staying resilient despite the circumstances. 💔 And Mike needing Will as well.
