There are no meds that can fix this intense self hatred and self loathing. That shit only gets worse with time
i’m starting to lose back the weight i gained! me and my boyfriend had a date last night, and usually i eat a lot with him, but i didn’t eat v much, and i woke up weighing less!!! I’m so proud!
Oh my god I can’t explain how overwhelming my thirst to be skinny right now is. Fuck the starving shit I just wanna be skinny overnight. I’ve been so off track these past couple months and I have no idea how much I weigh but I can tell I’ve gained. It’s freaking me out and I can’t get out of the cycle of gaining and losing weight. I’m sick of this shit I’m just sick if it. I want to cry.

im trying to keep my own “rules” lax so here are the few i have:
1000 cal a day
coffee first thing in the morning
count your damn calories
eat whatever, but stick to serving sizes*
*exception: really lowcal foods like skinny pop, danimals, etc. who have a low “servings per container”
if you go over 1000 (i.e.: fridays when ur dad gets taco bell*) fast the next day
*i literally cant say no to taco bell because A. its amazing and B. if i say no then something is DEF fucked up
10 squats whenever you’re in the bathroom until those become easy, then go to 20, etc.
stay hydrated
pics once a week to track progress (mondays!)
