I Need Help

I have a good friend, she's 5'1 and weighs 110 pounds, she told me her goal is 85 pounds, yea 85. I've had experiences with depression but never like this, she's already written several suicide notes, and keeps dangerous drugs in her bedside table. But she also cuts, like a lot. Her "body goals" is full out showing rib cage. People at school bully her (I don't know why) shes never done anything to hurt anyone (one trying to get her to be more strict) instead of saying yes to everything and lying to everyone's appeal. She really tries to be everything for everyone, and she never feels good about herself. I don't know how to get her to stop, as well as getting all the bullies to stop without disrespecting her privacy.
