This was inspired by @cutieink  ‘s text post!! I didn’t romance Solas but my Inquisitor definitely sees him as a brother figure. Even though she’s super pissed at him, she couldn’t hurt someone she considered a good friend. 

However, Dorian wouldn’t hesitate to punt him into next week.

Dragon Age Cosplaying as Avengers

This isn’t what’s the perfect correlation of Dragon Age Character to Avenger, but what each would dress up as for fun at a convention.

Alistair – He’d grab the Doctor Strange costume first chance he gets. While the goatee he grows will be a little spotty, he’ll love being able to pretend to cast magic and refuse to take the cape off even when it gets caught in the door.

Dorian – Tony Stark. Handsome, billionaire, tech-genius. What isn’t there to love? Instead of wearing the Iron Man armor, he’s in a sexy white shirt and black trousers, no tie, and a pair of Stark-Tech sunglasses perched on his nose. Will tug them down to give a burn someone with a witty remark.

Cullen – Sure, everyone keeps insisting he should be Captain America. He’s a perfect Cap. But Cullen wants to be Thor. Long blond wig, gladiator armor, Mjolnir, Cullen gets so into the Thor mindset he leaps into a table and strikes a lighting-attack post.

Iron Bull – Since Cullen refused to be Cap, Bull’s gonna do it. While he carries a shield the size of a trashcan lid, the Captain America outfit is 100% painted onto his body. Not a lot of people can look that Cap in the eye.

Anders – Starlord. Leaves the helmet off so everyone can gaze upon his handsomeness. Regularly slips on a fake walkman plugged into his phone and dances for the people.

Fenris – Everyone throws him at a Drax costume. Fenris snarls, insisting he doesn’t understand this farce which only encourages everyone to clap for his great acting. The fact he’s shirtless certainly helps with fanservice.

Zevran – Gamora. Sexy leather catsuit, beautiful green skin, lush red wig. What isn’t there to love? He will wear the heels and he will rock them.

Merrill – Tiny spiders are her friend, though the big ones can be mean, so she puts on a Spider-Man costume. Her’s is one of the Spider-Man hoodies they’re hocking outside the convention center and she adds a glittery mask over top to complete the ensemble.

Josephine – Black Widow. She always secretly wanted to be a spy and now she is one! Though, she wanted to do something different and creates a steampunk Black Widow outfit with a frock coat and gear-powered grappling hook.

Sera – I AM GROOT. I AM GROOT. I AM GROOT. i am groot. he he he

Isabella – Captain Marvel. She’s the strongest Avenger, doesn’t take shit from anyone, and can fly. Oh yeah. Will wear thigh-high stiletto boots with the armor.

Blackwall – Hulk. Someone’s gonna have to tell him he has to shave. I call not it!

Varric – The ability to sneak into any room sight unseen? Ant-Man! Sure, communing with ants is a little weird, but Varric’s got some great nicknames all lined up for his ant-crew.

Leliana – Hawkeye, but not movie version Hawkeye. Brings Pizza Dog with her.

Solas – Sighs that he has better things to do with his time, but places a small yellow jewel on his forehead. The allure of the overpowered android that is Vision cries to him. Also, he has impeccable sweater choices. He, however, refuses to wear the cape. No capes.

Cassandra – Arrives dressed like Wonder Woman. Snarls when she realizes she missed the memo.

So, everyone knows that you can see Cole following the Inquisitor as you arrive at Therinfal Redoubt for Champions of the Just, but did you know he’s also hiding out in the courtyard before you talk to Barris? He’s missing his hat for some reason but it’s him.

He’s also got a glowing green raven friend…
